Introducing Shivoham
Shivoham — I am Shiva. This is the tantric path of awakening the sacred masculine: embodied, powerful, and rooted in 5,000 years of Osho lineage.
Through ritual, meditation, breathwork, embodiment practices, and sacred sexuality, men step into the presence and potency they were born to carry.
What Shivoham actually is
Day one grounds you in the body — breath, movement, and the felt sense of masculine presence. Most men arrive carrying years of over-giving, over-thinking, and disconnection from their physical power. That begins to change within hours.
The middle days enter the fire — shadow work, the masculine wound, sacred sexuality practices, and deep group process in a circle of men. What is hidden comes to light; what has been armoured begins to open.
The final day integrates. You leave with practices, a brotherhood, and a relationship with your own Shiva energy that you can sustain long after the retreat ends.

Ma Ananda Sarita
Founder & Lead Teacher
A world-renowned Tantra Master and Mystic who has been practising Tantra since 1973 as a direct disciple of Osho. She founded Tantra Essence in the year 2008. With over 3 decades of teaching experience, her work weaves together sexuality, love and spirituality for a profound unification and wholeness of being. She offers transformative Tantra retreats, trainings and online courses worldwide. She strongly believes that there is a global awakening happening right now, for personal and planetary Enlightenment. According to her, Tantra offers a wise path for this awakening to manifest.
Dharmaraj
Lead Faculty · Co-lead
Dharmaraj, a Tantra Teacher and Intimacy Coach from the USA, enriches his teachings with ancient wisdom from Tantra, Taoism, and Shamanism. Trained by world-renowned masters including Ma Ananda Sarita, Margot Anand and Mantak Chia, he teaches various retreats and trainings in Tantra Essence. He is also invited to teach at major Tantra festivals globally aiming to empower individuals to awaken their full ecstatic potential.
